Original 11x14 painting from my "Hope Remains" series.
 
This piece was inspired by my childhood of going to the beach. My mother has always had a deep draw to the ocean so our vacations were typically beach-focused no matter where they were. This painting represents the peace I feel when I'm near the ocean. Passed down from and in honor of my mother.
 
This painting features a great blue heron standing on a dock surrounded by their native habitat. Free of all worry. The frame is handpainted and shows off a glorious glossy sheen.
 
This painting is a one of one. Acrylic paint on stretched canvas. Sealed with multiple layers of gloss varnish.
