Original 20x20 painting from my "Hope Remains" series.
 
This piece was inspired by my love of Japan. I have felt called to Japan since I was very young and cherry blossoms are synonymous with that feeling. A true representation of hope for a future dream trip! 
 
This piece features a grey heron with its neck tucked. Serene and chill among the cherry blossom petals. The frame is handpainted and shines with a gold sheen.
 
This painting is a one of one. Acrylic paint on stretched canvas. Sealed with multiple layers of gloss varnish.
